M&A deal submission service

Submit once, publish at every desired M&A database.

You close the deal. DealSubmitter prepares it and submits it to the M&A databases and league tables that matter, each in its own required format, with proof of submission.

One form, every format

Provide the deal facts once. We map them to each database’s own fields, templates, and criteria.

Reviewed before it goes out

Every package passes a human review for accuracy, correct formatting, and source evidence.

Proof of submission

You receive a record of what went where, and when, for every destination.

Where we submit

The databases and league tables that count.

We prepare and submit deals to leading M&A databases, transaction trackers, and league tables, including:

Mergermarket
S&P Capital IQ
Bloomberg
LSEG
TTR Data
Mainsights
Valu8
Dealmaker
and many more…

We are continuously adding databases, and we are open to input. If there is a destination that matters to your firm, tell us and we will look at adding it. Every database applies its own inclusion criteria and editorial review; we match your deal to the destinations where it qualifies and submit through each one’s proper channel.

How it works

Three steps. Your team does one of them.

01

Send us the deal

Share the key facts once: parties, dates, deal type, your firm’s role, value if disclosable, and public sources. A press release link is a good start.

02

We prepare and submit

We structure the deal to each destination’s criteria and format, review the package, and submit it through the channel each database actually uses.

03

You get the record

You receive confirmation of what was submitted where, with proof of submission. Databases may contact you directly to verify details, which is normal.

  • Buyouts and recapitalizations
  • Growth equity, minority and majority investments
  • Management buy-ins and buy-outs
  • Asset acquisitions

Who submits

  • Investment banks and M&A advisers
  • Law firms
  • Private equity and venture capital firms
  • Corporate development teams
  • Other parties to the deal

Minimum requirements

  • The deal is announced or closed
  • Your firm had a role in the transaction
  • Enough public or publishable information to verify it

Confidentiality

We only submit what is already public.

  • Public information only. We submit deal details that are already publicly disclosed, through a press release, filing, or other public source.
  • You decide what to send us. If a detail is confidential, it should not be sent to us, and there is no reason to pass it further to the databases. You provide only what is publishable.
  • You choose the destinations. Your deal goes only to the databases you select.
  • Undisclosed value? No problem. We handle undisclosed values the way each database requires, including qualifying-size confirmations, using only what you provide.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why not submit the deals ourselves?

You can. Doing it well means submitting the same deal to each database in its own format, with its own follow-ups. It is tedious and time-consuming, and after a close it is often forgotten. DealSubmitter does it once, correctly, across all of them, and keeps the record.

Is publication or league-table credit guaranteed?

No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Each database applies its own inclusion criteria and editorial review. What we guarantee is our work: correct preparation, submission through the proper channel, and proof of submission.

How do you handle confidential information?

We only submit information that is already public. You send us what is publishable, such as a press release; anything confidential should not be sent to us and is not passed on to the databases.

Which deals qualify?

Announced or closed transactions where your firm had a role and there is enough public or publishable information to verify the deal. That covers M&A, buyouts, growth equity, minority and majority investments, and management buy-ins and buy-outs.

How do we get started?

Email business@dealsubmitter.com with a recent deal. A press release link is enough, and we will come back to you personally with next steps.

Submit once, publish at every desired M&A database.
